Family Centered Services of Alaska (FCSA) is looking for partners for our 4th annual Golf Tournament fundraiser. Your donation and sponsor fee directly supports this event and helps continue our mission of serving Alaskan children with mental health needs. Your support will have a direct impact and provide activities, supplies, and services to our youth in our residential treatment center, foster care, and our alternative school programs.

Family Centered Services of Alaska (FCSA) is looking for partners for our 4th annual Golf Tournament fundraiser Friday July 11, 2025 Your donation and sponsorship fee will directly support this event and help us to continue our mission of serving Alaskan children with mental health needs. Your support will have a direct impact and provide activities, supplies, and services to the youth in our residential treatment center, foster care, and alternative school programs.
This year’s partnership opportunities are:

Hole Sponsor - $1,000-$2,500 (multiple available)
- Other Donor (please inquire about other sponsorship opportunities)
Sponsor Details
$1,000-$2,500 Hole Sponsors will receive:
- Dedicated signage (Supplied by FCSA) located at 1 hole on the golf course the day of the event.
a. Sponsor may supply their own sign (please let us know) - 1⁄4 page of advertising on our event program guide
- Entry for team of 4 participants to play in Golf tournament
a. Includes Greens fees, Golf carts and unlimited range balls
b. 50% off Golf club rentals - Dinner following event (For up to 4 participants)
- Sponsor logo, advertisement, and/or QR code on Agency social media pages and event program
guides and flyers.
